Questions about dosing, reconstitution, administration, protocols, or effects in a person or animal will be declined. Please do not send them — we cannot make an exception, and doing so only delays a reply to your other questions.
Questions about chemical identity, purity, lot documentation, storage, shipping, and order status are welcome.
Before you write
- Where is the certificate for my lot?
- Match the lot number on your vial against the certificates page. Not every item has one — assay is commissioned lot by lot, and diluents and consumables are never assayed.
- How quickly is an order processed?
- Within one business day. Written inquiries are answered in the same window.
- How should material be stored on arrival?
- Storage conditions are printed on each listing and on the vial. Orders ship at ambient temperature without coolant.
- Can I collect an order in person?
- No. The address is a mailing address only — no walk-in orders, pickups, or returns.
