Storage is stated, not implied
Lyophilized peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature, so orders ship without coolant. Storage conditions are printed on every listing and on the vial, and we do not claim handling we do not perform.
Straight answers
If we do not have data on something, we say so. If a lot does not meet specification, it does not ship. We would rather tell you we are out of stock than sell you something we cannot stand behind.
